The best predictor of potential isn't performance.
Learning agility measures how quickly and effectively someone learns from new, difficult, or first-time experiences — and applies those lessons under unfamiliar conditions. It consistently out-predicts past performance for who will succeed in a bigger, more complex role.
What we measure
Five dimensions of learning agility.
Rooted in the research behind why some high performers plateau and others keep growing into bigger, more ambiguous roles.
Mental Agility
Comfort with complexity and ambiguity; asking sharp questions rather than seeking quick certainty.
People Agility
Self-knowledge and skill working with a wide range of people, including those very different from oneself.
Change Agility
Curiosity about and comfort with new approaches — experimenting rather than defending the status quo.
Results Agility
Delivering results in first-time, tough situations by inspiring teams to perform beyond expectations.
Self-Awareness
Accurate insight into one's own strengths, limitations and impact on others — the multiplier across all four.

Frequently asked
Learning Agility, answered.
What is learning agility?
Learning agility is the ability to learn quickly and effectively from new, difficult, or first-time experiences, and to apply those lessons to perform well in unfamiliar situations. It is one of the strongest predictors of leadership potential.
What does the assessment measure?
Five dimensions: Mental Agility, People Agility, Change Agility, Results Agility and Self-Awareness.
How is this different from performance ratings?
Performance ratings measure how well someone does the job they're already in. Learning agility measures how well they'll do in a job they haven't done before — which is exactly what a promotion or stretch assignment is.
Can learning agility be developed?
To a meaningful degree, yes — particularly Self-Awareness and Change Agility. It is more stable than a skill but more flexible than a personality trait.
